Fitness4All has a unique way of training people which makes us completely different from any other club you may have visited.
We provide a complete training system and a highly qualified fitness coach who will personally walk you through every step of the way on the path toward achieving your personal goals. One size does not fit all! Just as we all require a specific shoe size, we all require a specific program. Everyone has specific goals and a specific body. For customised results you need a customised programme.
At Fitness4All during yoru first 30 days you can have a trainer with you every session if you like. We get faster results. We get better results.

  • Appropriate Cardiovascular Activity: Only the correct amount of cardiovascular work at the correct intensity will work for your goal. Doing the wrong type, at the wrong level for the wrong time may not only be useless but can actually work against your efforts.
  • Appropriate Resistance Training: Muscle is the body’s fat burning machinery. Resistance training helps to build and maintain a good fat burning engine.
  • Continuous updates: This is where most people go wrong. No program works for everyone and no program will work forever. As your body changes, so too must your program change. Your fitness coach will help to modify your plan as your body changes and adapts so you continue to see optimal results.

Kettlebells

Without a doubt, one of the best tools for overall conditioning! Kettlebells can be incorporated into most training routines for improvements in Strength, Power, Fat loss, Mobility and injury prevention to name but a few.
We will teach you from the ground up, learning the fundamental principles of kettlebell conditioning, safe and effective application and how to choose the right kettlebells for targeting the various energy systems within the body

TRX Suspension Trainers:

5 Reasons to Use TRX
1: You can combine fat burning cardio with strength training in the same workout. This will enable you to save time, burn more fat, get a better workout and look and feel great faster. You're workouts can be shorter but much more effective than traditional training with machines. 

2: It emphasises functional strength. Everything you do with the TRX requires you to engage that under-used core. Meaning you get a great abs workout every time.

3: The TRX Suspension trainer can be used by  Anyone  - The  TRX may be used by anyone regardless of their age or fitness level, from rehab patients to elite athletes. 

4: Unlike machines which fix you in place the TRX Training System enable you to do fat blasting exercises that use many different muscle at the same time. Some will have to stabilise you while others work. The exercises are more functional than traditional machines which tend to isolate muscles and work them separately. Now the more muscles you use doing an exercise the more calories you burn and therefore the more fat you'll lose.

Powerbags

Powerbag training uses stabilising muscles to a greater degree than working with traditional weights because of the inbuilt instability of its structure. The Powerbag uses a sand filling which deliberately shifts during use. This requires a high degree of stabilisation during lifting.
The link between training and actual physical performance is a vital ingredient that is so often lacking in training programmes.
For example, someone who spends three evenings per week at the gym may still suffer a stiff back or shoulders after doing DIY. So, what is the point of being stronger or fitter if the exercises performed in the gym do not assist with sports performance or the requirements of daily life?
This is where Powerbag training is of benefit, as it encourages the user to focus on the quality of movement rather than on weight lifted.
The design of the bag allows for a wide variety of different movement patterns and exercises that cover almost every aspect of daily life.
Whilst Powerbag based training emphasises the use of core stabilisers in functional movements, it is not simply another system for core training alone. Vibration Plate

Vibration Plates use a vibrating platform that stimulates your muscles to contract between 30-40 times per second, forcing you to engage 90% muscle fibre as opposed 65% in traditional forms of training.
It is like training with a mini earthquake going on underneath you! You perform an unlimited range of exercises and stretches at varying intensities, and in a variety of positions on and off the Plate, all instructed by our trainers in a 25min session…and this is equivalent to over 1 hour in the gym…if you’re prepared to put the work in!

Carly has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over 8 years now, and has continuously kept her knowledge and understanding of changing exercises up to date by attending courses, conventions and lectures.

She completed her first Personal Training course in 2004 and went on to train clients of all abilities, alongside working as duty manager at Total Fitness. Taking on the role as studio co-ordinator at the same club meant that her knowledge of all areas of the health industry was growing.

After a break from teaching exercise classes and training to have a baby, Carly then embarked upon a second Personal Training course in 2009 over an intense period of 5 weeks plus industry specific assessment. She chose to complete this second qualification to ensure that her exercise knowledge was the most up to date to offer her clients.

It is through this training and experience that Carly is able to offer educational, fun, motivational and enthusiastic sessions and will not only spend those sessions with you, but is there outside of those times if you ever needed help.
