Welcome to Fitness4All, the place in Bollington for fitness. Gyms can be scary and intimidating places for lots of people. We understand that. It takes a lot of courage for someone to walk in saying they want to make changes. However, we pride ourselves on our friendliness, informality and sense of community. Unfortunately though lots of gyms make you commit to 12 month contracts – even if this isn’t right for you - leading to a culture of failure. Many people have signed up to a gym for 12 months, had an induction and basic programme written for them and then been left to fend for themselves and ultimately forgotten about. So we make sure you get the results you want and, just as importantly, enjoy yourself at the same time. Once you walk in through our door we are there for you. We are committed to providing you with the motivation and the support network to help you move forward and make real changes for yourself We have already got many success stories under our belt after only a couple of years of being open. Thanks to all the staff, members and class-goers we blasted our 10,000 press ups target with a total of 12,500 press ups! We raised a over £300 for Children In Need in 20 hours November 17th and 18th, so big thanks to everyone who got down and gave us 20... or even 1!! We had a great Halloween night at Fitness4All, raising £50 for Children in Need 2011 with our 'Trick or Treat' night! We’re proud to announce that Fitness4All has been shortlisted for another National Fitness Award, the second consecutive year! This time we are up for ‘Newcomer of the Year’. Running Group
Would you like to start running? Have you had a break from running and would like to get back into it? Running is a great way to get, or keep fit, enjoy the fresh air and make new friends. Why not come along to our new running group, in association with Run England. There is no need to worry about your age, fitness, size or shape - you will be well looked after by qualified and experienced leaders who will ensure that you progress at a rate that is right for YOU. We offer more than just coaching - lots of tips and advice! The group will be suitable for people completely NEW to running and well as those who are returning to running after a break, or to intermediate runners (those who can run for 30 minutes) who wish to progress further. Runs will be on Mondays at 6.45pm. £1 Members£2 Non-Members Teen Gym
Tuesday 3.45pm-5 pm This session is conducted in a safe and enjoyable environment and is fully supervised by one of our qualified instructors. Sessions are capped at a maximum of 20 people per session to ensure each participant receives adequate supervision and instruction. |
