Classes

In our new studio, designed for group exercise, we have classes on Monday to Friday including:

Beach Body
It's that time of year again. Let this dance and tone class take care of your thighs, bums and bingo wings.
Bootcamp
High intensity circuits class incorporating power bags, tornado balls and kettlebells.
CoreFit
Predominantly using stability balls to perform your exercises on, this class will really target those deep core muscles.
Energise
Expect high energy, high heart rates and high calorie burning in this new, exciting class exclusively at F4A.
Fit Cycle
A high calorie burning class using our Spin bikes. This class gives you a personal workout at a self-directed pace.
Fit Friday
The instructor’s choice to add variety to your exercise routine. A good mix of cardio and toning exercises sure to get the heart racing for the weekend!
Gym Floor Live
A circuits style class using the functional area and TRX equipment downstairs.
Kettlercise
Using kettlebells, you will get an all over body workout to tone and condition.
Kettlespin
A combination of Spin and Kettlebells exercises all in one class. A fat melting, muscle toning, great workout!
Pilates
A core conditioning class aimed to strengthen and sculpt the body. Using low impact moves and gradual progression this class will make a major difference to body tone and definition.
Pump
This class works each of your major muscles to individual tracks, using Barbells and dumbells to really tone your muscles.
Zumba
It's a party! Zumba combines Latin, Salsa and African style dancing moves to burn calories and most of all- have fun!

Innovative, fun and motivational, Fitness4All classes are designed for all levels and all abilities and age. Our classes our led by qualified, motivated instructors.

Choose from early morning workouts, lunch time classes and our after work programme.

Teen Gym at F4A

Tuesday 3.45pm-5 pm
Thursday 3.45-5pm
Saturday 11am-12.15pm

A supervised and structured group session for teenagers aged 13 to 15 years, "Teen Gym" program allows participants the chance to enjoy:

Boxing

This session is conducted in a safe and enjoyable environment and is fully supervised by one of our qualified instructors. Sessions are capped at a maximum of 20 people per session to ensure each participant recieves adequate supervision and instruction.

£5 for a week!
